Your senior people,
back on senior work

Outrun recruits, employs and manages offshore Admin Professionals - unlocking your team’s productivity at a fraction of the cost of a local hire.

One person, embedded in your team, takes the routine work off your senior people. They work your hours, wherever you are.

If the person isn’t right in the first 180 days, we replace them at no extra cost.

44% of the New Zealand and Australian businesses we’ve placed people with have come back to hire again.

It starts with a simple question

How much of your best people's week is tied up in work that doesn't need them?

Those tasks are still necessary, and they came with the job. An Outrun Admin Professional takes them on, so your best people get those hours back every week for the high-value work that needs them.

Not just a saving. The productivity unlock.

Your senior people do two jobs: the one you hired them for, and the support and admin work that came with it - quotes, reports, analysis, data entry, chasing.

Say that's 8 hours a week. For a senior person at $100 an hour*, that's $800 a week - $41,600 a year, per person.

Five senior people: $208,000 a year of senior time on work that doesn't need them. That's one whole senior person's year.

One Outrun Admin Professional takes that work off all five. You get the equivalent of a new senior hire, and their time goes back on the job you hired them for.

We're a good fit if...

  • You’re a leader inside a business that needs 20+ hours a week of admin or support capacity to free up your best or most senior people.

  • You have overseas customers who contact you in awkward time zones.

  • You’ve struggled to fill a role, or to fill it to the standard you need.

  • You need to get more done, but your budget or your team won’t stretch to it.

What you leave the call with

Thirty minutes with one of our consultants. No pitch and nothing to sign.
You'll leave with four things:

01.

A straight answer on fit

We'll tell you whether this works for your business. If it doesn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

02.

The shape of the role

Which tasks move off your senior people, which stay put, and what the person's week actually looks like.

03.

A firm number for your situation

The salary band for the experience you need, the monthly fee and the one-off recruitment fee, worked for your role rather than the example on this page.

04.

The next step, or none

If it's a fit, we agree the recruitment brief. If it isn't, or you need time, you leave with the numbers and no obligation.

Want to hear it from someone who’s done it? Ask on the call and we’ll connect you with a client who has.
It’s confidential. Nobody in your business needs to know you’re exploring this until you decide to.

Frequently Asked Questions

A person in the Philippines, employed by Outrun, who works as part of your team and takes the admin, data entry, chasing and support work off your mid and senior people. You direct their work; we employ, pay and look after them. We fill 76 roles across 13 departments, from bookkeeping to customer service to CAD drafting - see Roles we fill.

None of those. An outsourced service or a call centre gives you a share of a team that works for many clients, and a freelancer is a contractor you find and manage yourself. An Admin Professional is one person, recruited for your role, working only for you, in your team and your hours, with Outrun as their employer.

Outrun does. We're their employer: we hire them, pay them, and run their HR, leave and compliance under Philippine labour law. There's no agency between you and them, and you don't need a business of your own in the Philippines.

From home, in about 80 towns and cities across the Philippines, during your business hours. Standard shifts fall between 8.30am and 9.30pm New Zealand time during daylight saving (7.30am to 8.30pm from April), and between 6.30am and 7.30pm in Sydney and Melbourne (5.30am to 6.30pm from April); Perth is on Manila time. They join your stand-ups and work in your chat tools. Most have a second internet connection, and time lost to an outage is made up the same day. Hours worked between 10pm and 6am Philippines time carry a 10% night-shift loading.

Yes, from 20 hours a week. The $599 fee is the same at 20 hours as at 40, so it usually pays to give a part-timer more of the admin.

Yes. If the role includes customer calls, we recruit for that, and you interview them before any offer is made.
