Michael Gilberto

I’m Michael, born and raised in Melbourne. My career’s been a mix of business development and roles where you learn pretty quickly how to talk to people, solve problems, and keep things moving. Most of what I know has come from getting in there, figuring things out, and backing myself even when it wasn’t perfect.

I’m big on personal growth, and I like understanding what makes people tick. Sales, psychology, communication, that stuff interests me. Outside of work, I’m usually on the golf course or painting to switch off for a bit. I also have a keen interest in the AI world.

The thing that really drives me is being a good dad. Everything I’m working toward, whether it’s career or personal goals, comes back to wanting to give my daughter the best version of me and the best start I can give her.
