That work is real, and it came with the job. An Outrun Admin Professional takes it on, so your people get those hours back for the work that needs them. Use the 2-minute calculator to see if we can help.
31 of the 71 businesses we've placed people with came back for additional professionals.
You have up to 150 staff in New Zealand or Australia.
A mid or senior level person (including you), is losing five or more hours a week to admin, data entry or chasing.
You would rather fix that than hire another local administrator.
You have overseas customers who contact you in awkward timezones
The work needs someone to be in the room.
You want to reduce local headcount. That's a different conversation and we're not the right people for it.
You only need someone for less than 20 hours a week.
You are not likely to be at full capacity for another 6 months or more.
211 people placed with 71 New Zealand and Australian businesses since 2019.
31 of those 71 businesses came back for additional professionals.
If a placement ends we recruit the replacement free inside 180 days. It typically takes 27 days from your approval to their first day.
No minimum term. One week's notice in your first six months.
Pick the roles, tick the tasks they actually do, and you'll get the hours and what they cost you a year. About two minutes, six questions. We don't keep anything unless you ask us to email it to you.
The calculator runs on benchmarks. It tells you where businesses like yours lose time. It can't see your systems, your people, or the way work actually moves through your business, and that's where the real answer sits.
There are two ways to use it.
Hiring here means months of searching, rising salaries and a shrinking pool of people who want the routine work at all. An Admin Professional adds capacity faster than local hiring can, and your senior people get their week back for the work that grows the business. Nobody is being replaced.
The same hours cost materially less. Less than NZ$18 an hour, including all fees, for the most common support roles in marketing, finance, accounts, admin, customer service and sales. No savings percentage is quoted on this page. The figure depends on the role, so the arithmetic for your business is worked through in the call.
Salaried, not an ad-hoc hourly rate. For comparison only.
Which of those two matters more is different for every business, and it's the first thing we work out in the call. The savings pay for it; the capacity is the prize.
The calculator tells you how much time your team could get back. It doesn't answer the questions you're actually sitting with. Here are the straight answers, including the places where this isn't a fit.
The gap is cost of living. A Manila salary buys a level of experience that the same money wouldn't buy in Auckland or Sydney. Everyone we place goes through eight steps before they start with you: CV screen, pre-screening assessment, your shortlist, an HR interview, a technical test where the role needs one, your interview, reference checks with previous employers, and pre-employment requirements including our AI Certification. This year we dropped two shortlisted candidates at the reference stage on what their referees told us. If it still isn't right inside 180 days, we recruit the replacement free.
Nobody does on day one, including a local hire. What's different is that the onboarding is documented and run for you. You get a named Customer Success Manager based in New Zealand, a monthly report and monthly performance check-ins. The first tasks to move are the ones already systemised, which is why the initial call starts by finding them.
Standard Philippines shifts run 7.30am to 8.30pm New Zealand time and 5.30am to 6.30pm in Sydney and Melbourne. Perth is on the same clock as Manila. Covering a full New Zealand day means a 4am start in Manila, which some of our team work. The team is home-based across about 80 towns and cities. Most have a second internet connection, and any outage is made up the same day. They join your daily stand-up and work in your chat tools and your documented processes.
As with any role, some do leave sooner than expected. When it happens we recruit the replacement for you, free inside the first 180 days, and it typically takes 27 days to find and onboard a suitable replacement. Where a client has told us early, the replacement has often started before the outgoing person has left. As part of our monthly fee, we document their real-world tasks to make role-continuity a part of our service.
Your clients buy your judgment and your service. They aren't auditing your admin management. Most of our clients tell theirs openly, because "our senior people can spend more of their time on you" is a better story than a secret. Part of the call is deciding what you'd say and when.
You're taking 10 to 15 hours of admin off a person you want to keep, and giving them their week back. The local role gets better. If what you actually want is to cut local headcount, that's a different conversation and we'll tell you we're not the right fit.
Salaries pass through at cost with no markup, so you see exactly what your team member is paid. That includes 13th-month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig and Maxicare health cover. Fifteen days' leave, long-service leave, and they work from home. Our modern slavery statement is public and linked below.
13th-month pay is a legal entitlement in the Philippines - one extra month's basic salary each year, paid by law, not at the employer's discretion.
We meet Privacy Act 2020 and IPP 12 obligations, and there's a guide that sets out how. There's a data processing agreement. Confidentiality sits in every employment contract, data-protection training is part of induction, virtual desktops are available, screen-monitoring software is standard, and we agree a security plan for your specific role at handover. Behind all of it is the Philippine Data Privacy Act 2012, which carries criminal liability. We don't hold ISO 27001 and we won't imply we do.
They will if they hear it second-hand. Tell them early: nobody's job is going offshore, the admin is. We provide guidance on the order to tell people in and the sentence that matters. Whether you use it is up to you.
The person stays. The admin goes. Most people are relieved - they get their week back for the work they're good at, instead of squeezing it in around everything else.
Payroll, HR, compliance, attendance tracking and monthly performance check-ins are done for you. That's what the $599 a month is. What you give is what you'd give any new hire in week one: what good looks like. After that you're managing outputs, the same as you do now.
Almost nobody's are. Documenting the tasks you hand over is part of onboarding, and for most owners it's the first time they've seen how the work actually flows through the business.
Three numbers, and you can see all of them on this page before you talk to us:
Salary: at cost
Management Fee: $599 + GST a month
Recruitment Fee: $1,999 + GST one-off
(unless it's a replacement within the first 180 days, then it's free).
One role worked line by line is below, with what isn't included.
Nothing. No minimum term. One week's notice in your first six months, two weeks to twelve months, four weeks after that. Your team member's salary only changes with your approval, and our fee changes on three months' notice.
We don't. What we publish instead is a rate: less than NZ$18 an hour, including all fees, for the most common support roles in marketing, finance, accounts, admin, customer service and sales. Salaried rather than an ad-hoc hourly rate.
Two numbers, and we don't add them together: what you save on the work that our professionals do, and what your senior people do with the hours they get back.
211 people placed with 71 businesses since 2019, and 31 of those businesses came back for additional professionals. When a placement does end, it typically takes 27 days to get the replacement in the seat.
Your current headcount is only a rough guide. The real test is whether a mid or senior person, and that includes you, is losing five or more hours a week to admin, data entry or chasing. If someone is, there's enough work to move. If nobody is, it usually doesn't stack up and we'll say so on the call.
AI removes a good proportion of this work, and someone still has to run it, check what it produced and connect it to your systems. Everyone we place is AI Certified before day one, tested on communication, problem solving, basic agents, privacy and model choice, transcription and content. You decide which models they're allowed to use. Working out what to automate, what to move to an Admin Professional and what stays local is what the 30 minutes is for.
The initial fit and questions call runs about 30 minutes, on a screen share with one of us, working through your own numbers.
We take one person, usually the one everything routes through, and split their week into keep, strip and automate.
We check what the calculator told you against how your business actually runs.
Including the ones above, confidentially. What's said in the call stays in the call.
Whether this stacks up for you, and if it does, what the first step looks like.
You leave with a one-page view either way. If it doesn't stack up we'll say so.

We don't run testimonials on this page. Instead, some of our current clients have agreed to take a call from a business considering us. Ask on the initial fit and questions call and we'll put you in touch with one in your industry - manufacturing and professional services today, more as they agree. They'll tell you what worked and what didn't. We don't sit in on the call.
