Shelley Fleming

I have been in the recruitment field for a number of years both here and in the UK. Working with placing candidates in both temporary and full time roles. For 6 years, part of that role was in mental health and connecting people with barriers and disabilities with employers and getting them into employment. Part of my time was also working with trainees in construction and helping them gain their NZQA qualifications within the sector.

My spare time I like to dabble in making candles, paintings, jewelry and various crafty things.

I am looking to continue helping those I work with to achieve their goals and in doing so, this helps with my satisfaction and happiness.
